Refunds are not issued for hosting, maintenance, or marketing plans once started.

Send all refund requests to info@webonwings.com or use our official support channel. We review each request individually.

Delivery

We send files and deliverables via your Web on Wings account or email, based on your order. Standard delivery time is 5 to 7 business days. Rush delivery is available for an extra fee.

Ownership and Rights

You own the final design after full payment and delivery. We may feature your project in our portfolio. If you do not agree, inform us in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Web on Wings and its affiliates are not liable for indirect or special damages. This includes loss of profits, data, or opportunities due to the use or failure of our services. Our total liability is limited to what you paid for the service, or $100 if no payment was made. Some regions may have different legal limits. We comply with all applicable laws in such cases.

"As Is" and "As Available" Disclaimer

We provide all services and content "as is" and "as available." Web on Wings offers no guarantees, expressed or implied. This includes merchantability, suitability for a specific use, or protection from errors. We do not promise:

• That our services will work without delays or technical issues
• That all content is accurate, updated, or reliable
• That our site, servers, or messages are free of harmful files

If you download or use content from us, you do so at your own risk.

Record Maintenance

We keep your final design files and related deliverables on file. You can request a copy if needed. Availability depends on the age and nature of the project.

Unique Design Guarantee

We create all designs from scratch. Any similarity to other work is unplanned. We do not reuse past designs for new clients.

SMS Terms and Conditions

Consent

By giving your number, you agree to get SMS updates from Web on Wings. These messages include service updates, order status, or marketing notices.

Message Frequency

The number of messages depends on your level of activity. You may receive more messages during active projects.

Costs

Message and data charges may apply, based on your carrier.

How to Opt Out

Reply "STOP" to any message to stop receiving SMS. To start again, reply "START."
